This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on superplanner.ai. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What we use
Superplanner’s website is deliberately light on tracking. We run no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, and no third-party marketing tags.

What we do not use
- No Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or Plausible — none appear anywhere in our codebase
- No advertising or retargeting pixels
- No social media tracking widgets
- No cross-context behavioural advertising, and no sale or sharing of personal information
Our analytics live in the app, not on this website
Superplanner’s product analytics run inside the desktop application, not on this website. They operate with person profiles disabled, so usage events are not assembled into an identified profile of you, and they never receive your email bodies, contact source text, generated content or assistant transcripts.
You can turn optional diagnostic and usage reporting off in the app’s settings. This is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
Other technologies
In addition to cookies, our Sites use the following technologies.
Web fonts
Our Sites use Adobe Fonts (also known as Typekit) to serve the typefaces used in our design. Font files are requested from Adobe's servers at use.typekit.net each time a page loads. This means Adobe receives your IP address together with information about your browser and device, and can tell which of our pages a font was loaded on. Adobe Fonts does not place cookies on your device.
Adobe is listed on our Subprocessors page and processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Web beacons
A web beacon, also known as a pixel tag or clear GIF, is a small image embedded invisibly in a page that records that the page was loaded. Unlike a cookie, nothing is stored on your device.
The Adobe Fonts service requests a beacon from p.typekit.net when a page loads, reporting to Adobe which fonts were served. We do not use web beacons in our email, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Browser web storage
We may use browser web storage, also known as locally stored objects, for similar purposes to cookies — for example to remember your appearance preference. Your browser provides functionality to clear this storage.
We do not use Flash local shared objects, mobile advertising SDKs, or session-replay technologies that record your clicks, mouse movements or keystrokes.
Your choices
Browser controls. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
Preferences. Clearing your browser storage resets any interface preferences we have remembered. Nothing else is affected.
Blocking images and clear GIFs. Most browsers and devices let you prevent images from loading, which also prevents web beacons from being requested.
Blocking the font provider. Browser extensions and privacy settings that block third-party requests can prevent font files being requested from Adobe. Our Sites stay readable without them, using the fonts already installed on your system.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where applicable law requires it.
Changes
We will update this notice as the site changes, with a revised effective date at the top. If we ever introduce a non-essential cookie, we will say so here before it is set.
