Most “desktop apps” are a web page in a frame, and you can feel it — in the menus, the window, the way text selects. Superplanner isn't built that way.

Your title bar, menu bar, keyboard focus and second monitor are handled by macOS and Windows themselves — not redrawn in CSS and not quite right.

Your stuff on every device, without the tug of war
Edit on the Mac at work, the PC at home and your phone on the train. Superplanner merges those changes instead of making you pick which one wins — and it keeps working when you have no signal at all.
- Your own private space. Your data isn't sitting in a shared table next to everybody else's.
- Offline is normal. Edits you make on a plane merge cleanly when you land.
- Nothing is trapped. Export everything, whenever you want, from inside the app.
- Passwords stay in your keychain. Connected accounts use the one your operating system already provides.

Hides your personal details
Before any text leaves your machine, names, addresses and account numbers are swapped out for placeholders.

The short version of what we don't do
The long version is in the privacy policy, and it says the same thing at greater length.
Read the privacy policy- We don't sell your data. There is no ad network in here, and there won't be one.
- We don't train AI on your notes. Neither do the providers we use — it's written into the contract.
- We don't build a profile of you. Usage reporting runs without personal profiles and never sees your content.
- We don't follow you around the web. No pixels, no cross-site tracking, not even a font CDN.

The things people ask first
How finished is the beta?
Usable every day, still rough in places, and improving weekly. Keep your own backup of anything you genuinely cannot lose.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything happens on your machine first and syncs when you're back online, so being offline never costs you work.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No — not by us, and not by the model providers we work with. They're contractually prohibited from doing it.
What happens to my notes if I stop paying?
You can still read and export everything from inside the app. Closing your account deletes your content from our systems.
Is this for teams?
Not today. Superplanner is built for one person organising their own life and work, and there are no team plans.
